Just before 10 o'clock this morning a masked man robbed the Chase Bank on West Congress.

Lafayette Police Spokesman Karl Ratcliff says the man walked into the bank wearing a black ski mask, and he demanded that the bank teller hand over some money.

The man got his cash, and ran off in the direction of the Plaza Village subdivision.

Ratcliff said the suspect was captured in surveillance videos at a neighboring business.

His vehicle appears to be an older model tan or grey Buick sedan.
