A former LSU standout has found a new NFL home.

A native of Houston, Texas, LaFell was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound LaFell was released by the Cincinnati Bengals in early August, after two solid seasons, in which he caught 64 passes in 2017, and 52 last season.

Over parts of 8 NFL seasons, with the Panthers, New England Patriots, and Bengals, the 31-year old LaFell has compiled 394 catches for 5,263 yards and 29 touchdowns.
