Rayne Police Are Investigating A Shooting

The Rayne Police Department continues to investigate a shooting incident that happened Monday evening.

Assisstant Police Chief Tony Olinger says officers are still investigating the shooting that happened at around 5:20 yesterday evening in the 500 block of Lyman Avenue.

Two men were injured after being shot. This happened in the North Rayne area.

Police say the two men were taken to the hospital by a private car.
