Louisville's head coach Rick Pitino got really upset, to the point of having to be restrained, after a verbal altercation with a North Carolina fan on Wednesday night, during halftime of the Tar Heels' 74-63 win.

Pitino was heading toward the Cardinals' locker room when he said an adult male "got in my face and said something I didn't like."

From ESPN.com, Pitino said after the game; "I take it from the students all the time; you expect it from the students. But from an adult? And then to turn his back on me like he's a coward? And he is a coward, but North Carolina is a classy place and he doesn't speak for the rest of the people."

The fan was ejected from the building, and North Carolina head coach Roy Williams issued an apology to Pitino after the game.
