St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arest Report

The following is a list people arrested in St. Mary Parish in the last 24 hours: Michael Meyer, 23, 203 Cypress Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 3, 2015 at 10:38 am on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. A deputy located Meyer at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin. Bail is set at $100,000.

Corey T. Tarver, 38, 1823 Main Street, Patterson, was arrested on 8/3,at 7:55 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference. A deputy conducting a booking at the St. Mary Parish Jail located an active warrant for Tarver. Bail is set at $100,000.

Michael L. Gaines, 57, 203 Trevino Street, Apt. 6, Berwick, LA was arrested on August 3, 2015 at 10:19 pm for license plate light required and driving under suspension. A deputy assigned to patrol the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle without an illuminated license plate and conducted a traffic stop on Highway 182 in Berwick. The deputy made contact with the driver, Gaines, and learned that he was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. The deputy released Gaines on a summons to appear in court November 17, 2015.

Dalleshia Garrison, 25, 405 Blum Boulevard, Berwick, LA was arrested at 8:02 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of no seat belt, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, and texting while driving. A deputy made contact with Garrison at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. Bail is set at $250.
