St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Daily Arrest Report

The following is a list of the arrests for Wednesday, June 21 and Thursday, June 22, 2017 from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office:

Cedric Gant, 20, 1138 Grace Street, Siracusaville, LA was arrested on June 21, 2017 at 7:48 pm on a warrant for possession of Schedule I (marijuana), resisting and officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace (fighting). Narcotics detectives located Gant on Highway 182 in Amelia. Gant was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Gnt was released on $6,400 bond.

Darrell Wilson, 58, 1236 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on June 21, 2017 at 10:28 am on a Franklin Police Department warrant for theft of goods and criminal trespass. A deputy located Wilson at his residence on the warrant and transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Wilson was released on a $3,500 bond.

Heather Rankins, 31, 1018 Grace Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on June 21, 2017 at 3:17 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license and speeding. A dispatcher assisting Rankins at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin located the active warrant for her arrest. Rankins was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking and was released on a summons to appear in court on September 8, 2017.
