'Jeopardy!' Contestant's Voice May Rub You the Wrong Way

Contestants on game shows are usually known for one of two things: being really good at the game or being terrible at it. This woman, though, falls into neither category.

On Monday's episode of Jeopardy!, Laura Ashby showed a propensity for accentuating the last syllable of the amount of money she was playing for. Watch, and you'll see what we mean:

We could give a list of a hundreddddddd reasons why this is annoying and about a thousandddddd reasons why she should stop, but we won't because that's just not good form.

We can't help but wonder if Alex Trebek was secretly rooting against Ashby so he wouldn't have to do another taping with her.
