UL Softball Stays Put In Latest Major Poll

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns hold firm in one of the latest major top 25 college softball polls.

Louisiana is once again at #21 in this week's USA Today/NFCA Division I Top 25 poll, which was released on Tuesday.

The Cajuns went 2-1 last week, winning 2-of-3 games from the Troy Trojans in a three-game Sun Belt Conference series in Troy, Alabama.

Louisiana, who is now 20-7 on the season, including a 7-2 league mark, returns to the diamond this weekend, when they play host to the South Alabama Jaguars in a three-game, weekend, league series.

Washington is once again the new top-ranked team in the country this week, followed by Oklahoma, UCLA, Florida, and Oregon, to round out the top five.

6-10 consists of Georgia, Tennessee, Arizona St., South Carolina, and Auburn.
