Best of 2019: Pam The Scammer

This year, the callers on KPEL shows often became the story. The phone lines open every day at KPEL and all opinions are welcome. But one caller, in particular, stands out for this year's "best of" list.

On August 2nd, a woman named Pamela called into OFFSIDES with Brandon Comeaux and Shannon Wilkerson to comment on Louisiana's food stamp program. They were talking specifically about widespread fraud and generational abuse of the food stamp program. To the surprise of listeners and the show hosts, Pamela detailed how the program can be taken advantage of.
