Franklin Police Searching For Missing Teen [Photo]

The Franklin Police Department is asking for your help finding a missing 16-year-old who hasn't been seen since October 2nd.

Klfy.com reports Rudy Ottoniel Tiul-Choc was last seen on October 2nd, 2018. He was reportedly wearing a white polo shirt and khaki pants.

According to KLFY,  Rudy is a "Hispanic male of Guatemala descent, approximately 5'5", weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and only speaks Spanish."
