The couple may have been taking part in the St. Patrick's Day celebrations, thus drinking, when the argument ensued. Still, why head-butt a WINDOW?
The guy appears to be shaken up for a second, but he does rebound as he gets up and walks away.
I think he should be glad that the window DID NOT break. This could have been a lot worse!!!
