I-10 East Closed On Atchafalaya Bridge After 18 Wheeler Catches Fire
Louisiana State Police spokesman Master Trooper Brooks David has told KPEL News that I-10 Eastbound is closed at mile marker 119 (2 miles before the Butte LaRose exit on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge) after an 18 wheeler trailer detached and is on fire.
Traffic is backed up for at least 2 miles.
