Lafayette Police To Close Roadways In Fatal Crash Investigations
Lafayette Police will be partially closing two roadways Tuesday as they collect evidence in two fatal crash investigations.
First, at 9 am, there will be partial lane closures on I-10 Westbound at Ambassador Caffery for about an hour. This investigation is into the death of UL-Lafayette student Grant Ingram, who was found dead on the interstate.
Second, at 1 pm, all lanes of travel in the 4200 block of Moss Street between the side streets of Acorn and Halifax will be shut down for about an hour and a half. This investigation is into the death of Carol Richard, whose vehicle was hit by Bryce Champman's.
There will be detours set up for each closure.
