LSU Baseball Down In Latest Major Poll

The LSU baseball team is down in a major college baseball poll this week.

The Tigers, following a 2-2 week last week, are down two spots, to #19, in this week's Baseball America poll, which was released on Monday.

LSU defeated Nicholls in a non-conference affair last week, before losing 2-of-3 games in an SEC series against Texas A&M.

The Tigers are now 20-13 on the season.

Florida is the top team in this week's poll, followed by North Carolina St., Stanford, Arkansas, and Ole Miss, to round out the top five.

At 6-10, it's Texas Tech, Clemson, East Carolina, Florida St. and Duke.
