MAJOR TRAFFIC BACK UP AFTER CRASH ON I-10 WESTBOUND

A crash near the Duson exit on the westbound side of the I-10 has traffic backed up into the Scott area. A KPEL caller says at least one vehicle was "completely destroyed". That caller said he called 911 and authorities had not yet arrived on scene.

No word yet on injuries or a timeline for clean-up in the area.
