Parks Man Wanted On Outstanding Warrant

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office is on the look-out for 55 year old Howard L. Brown. Brown is wanted for failure to appear for possession of Schedule II crack-cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
