Road/Lane Closures Happening Throughout Lafayette Parish This Week
There are road/lane closures happening all across Lafayette Parish over the next few days.
- Shadow Bluff Drive between East Pont Des Mouton Road and Louisiana Avenue: Closed to thru traffic from now until Wednesday, July 4, as workers demolish the bridge. Detour: Includes Louisiana Avenue to West Pont Des Mouton Road. Work is related to the I-10 Widening Project.
- University Avenue from Wilson Street to Taft Street: Alternating nightly lane closures of the outside lanes in both directions beginning at 8 PM TONIGHT and lasting until 6 AM Sunday, weather permitting. Workers will be facilitating catch basin and pipe cleaning operations.
- Pinhook Road (outside lane) eastbound from Bendel Road to University Avenue: Nightly lane closures beginning at 8 PM Friday and lasting until 6 AM Monday, weather permitting. Workers will be facilitating catch basin and pipe cleaning operations.
