The New Orleans Saints have added a 6-time Pro Bowl receiver to their roster.

The Saints brought in the 34-year old Marshall for a visit last week, before eventually inking Dez Bryant instead.

Bryant suffered a torn achilles tendon during practice on Friday, and will be out for the remainder of the season.

The Saints now have receivers TedGinn, Tommylee Lewis, and Cameron Meredith, along with Bryant, all on injured reserve.

In 13 NFL seasons, Marshall, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has accumulated 970 receptions for 12,351 yards and 83 touchdowns.

Marshall has never played in a playoff game.
