Sheriff’s Office Starts Search For Baldwin Man

What started as a welfare check on a person has now changed to a missing person case.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's officials were asked to make a welfare check on 53-year-old Kim Christopher Armand on November 22.

Detectives say the man has not been seen since Wednesday, November 9 of this year.

He was last seen in his camper which was parked in an RV park on Baldwin in the Highway 83 corridor.

Detectives say the man's bicycle was also missing.

Armand is described at being 5 feet, 5 inches tall with brown eyes and gray hair. The man is said to weigh around 200 pounds.
