Sonic is adding an interesting new drink to its menu this summer.

Food & Wine is reporting that Sonic Drive-In restaurants from coast to coast will be rolling out a new pickle juice slush. The tangy brine taste of pickle juice mixed with the famous "sonic ice" slushiness that we've grown to love will be coming together this June and I don't know how to feel about it.

A rep with Food & Wine had the chance to taste the new drink and described it as a "bright green" beverage that was "surprisingly" tasty.

It’s surprisingly delicious (and makes a good accompaniment to burgers and/or tots and/or corn dogs.) Sweet and tangy, the bright brine compensates for the over-savoriness you might have been worried about.

The pickle syrup will also be able to be added to any other menu item, so if you want to add the flavor to your burger, your hot dog—or even a milkshake (maybe not a milkshake) you can get as creative as you want.

Will you be trying the pickle slush?
