TH Harris Student Turns Himself In

Last week, Opelousas police were called out to investigate after someone complained that a student had a gun on the SLCC campus.

Broussard police later arrested 20-year-old Logan Foret. The man was charged with illegal possession of a firearm in a firearm free zone and illegal carry of weapons.

This week, Opelousas police say they were still searching for TH Harris Joshua Johnson in connection with complaints about gun at the SLCC campus.

The 18-year-old has been booked with the same charges as Foret.

SLCC says safety at their schools is the top priority.
