St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Major Eddie Thibodeaux says deputies are investigating a threat against Beau Chene High School, placing the school on lockdown.

Deputies are investigating and searching a student's home after he allegedly posted a message on social media that he wanted to hurt himself.
