Baton Rouge High School To Wear ‘Waterboy’ Uniforms Friday Night [Photo]
This Friday, the Adam Sandler movie "The Waterboy" turns 20-years-old. To celebrate, University High School in Baton Rouge will be wearing uniforms from adidas that celebrate the infamous South Central Louisiana State University.
The University High School Cubs, located on LSU's campus, will be the “Mud Dogs” wearing adidas Football uniforms and helmets by Riddell complete with the logos.
University High School coach Chad Mahaffey tells theadvocate.com - "When we were talking to the adidas rep several months ago, he mentioned they were planning to do something to promote the 20th anniversary of the movie and wanted to know if we would be interested in being involved. It kind of took off from there."
