Boustany Endorsing Carlee Alm-Labar

Republican Dr. Charles Boustany has announced his endorsement of Carlee Alm-Labar in the race for Lafayette Mayor/President.

The former Congressman made his announcement this week on the heels of Tuesday's other endorsement of Alm-Labar by Lafayette Parish Tax Assessor Conrad Comeaux who is also a Republican.

Boustany says,

I am proud to endorse Carlee Alm-Labar to be the next mayor-president of Lafayette. I've known Carlee for years and had the opportunity to work with her during her time serving under the last two Mayor/Presidents.

Boustany says that Alm-Labar's experience, qualifications and conservative values are reasons he is endorsing her.
