Older citizens are the ones that are most at risk from the coronavirus. Yet older residents still need to be able to get to the store to purchase items needed for their day to day existence. However, the combination of high risk and crowded stores simply doesn't add up to be a best-case scenario when it comes to keeping the most endangered segment of our population safe.

Dollar General Stores also announced they would be closing stores an hour earlier than their usual time. This change is made so that employees will have more time to clean, sanitize, and restock the stores.
