I-10 Lane Closures Happening All Week On Basin Bridge

Because of routine inspections on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge, Interstate 10 will have intermittent lane closures through Thursday, September 20. This will happen between Henderson and Ramah.

• Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 17-18): Left lane will be closed EASTBOUND from Butte La Rose to Whiskey Bay
• Wednesday (Sept. 19): Right lane will be closed WESTBOUND on the Main bridge span over the Atchafalaya River
• Thursday (Sept. 20): Right lane will be closed EASTBOUND on the Main bridge span over the Atchafalaya River

All lane closures will happen from 6:30 a.m. till 2:00 p.m.

ALSO, the outside lane and exit ramp of I-10 WESTBOUND at Butte La Rose - between Whiskey Bay and Henderson/Cecilia - will be closed for impact attenuator repairs at the exit ramp. This will happen Tuesday, Sept. 18 from 8 PM until 12 AM.
