iPad Dressed In Cap And Gown Stands In For In High School Graduate [VIDEO]
An iPad dressed in a cap and gown stood in for a high school graduate that was hospitalized.
The "robotic" figure was sent from the hospital as Cynthia Pettway watched the ceremony remotely. The young lady was not able to attend her graduation, but with the help of technology and an internet connection, she was able to witness it all.
The robot rolled across the stage as Cynthia's name was called and she could be seen wiping away tears as she watched on.
We can at times be critical of technology these days, but this allowed a young lady to still be part of a very important day in her life.
