On The Ross Report: A Listeners’ Digest Of Marshal Brain Pope’s Legal Battle

On Thursday March 1 edition of The Ross Report. host Carol Ross welcomed Lafayette Attorney Gary McGoffin--who serves as the legal counsel for the now defunct The Independent newspaper.

McGoffin shared a detailed description of what Lafayette City Marshal  Brian Pope has heard, seen, and been convicted of from the Lafayette courtroom of Judge Jules Edwards.

In the interviedw, McGoffin, a trial attorney, outlined the steps of the legal process that led to Pope's 30-day sentence following his probation provocation earlier this week.
