Joel Kevin Anderson, age 54, 809 Halphen St., Opelousas, LA, failure to register and notify as sex offender; special sex offender ID cards required.

Irisa Nimer, age 35, 195 Ranch Rd., Opelousas, LA, compounding a felony; improper supervision of a minor.
