I'd have been sick had I seen this in my food.

Jim Guinee posted this video of a worm crawling out of a codfish dinner that his girlfriend was eating at a restaurant in New Jersey.

Yes, what you see in the piece of fish here is a WORM! And sadly Jim's girlfriend had already eaten a portion of the meal before they noticed it.

I know people who refuse to eat fish because of this reason and I'll be honest here, I may be hesitate myself. Remember to always cook your meals thoroughly and inspect before you eat.
