Since the news came out recently about Amazon's takeover of Whole Foods, customers have been worried if things are going to drastically change with the new management. But as it turns out, starting Monday, some of the signature Whole Foods items will actually be reduced in price!

According to Amazon CEO Jeff Wilke, they want to make good, nutritious food affordable for everybody, while remaining true to the core Whole Foods company values. They are lowering the prices of the following items:

• Organic Gala and Fuji Apples
• Organic Rotisserie Chicken
• 365 Everyday Value Organic Butter
• Whole Trade Organic Bananas
• Responsibly Farmed Salmon
• Responsibly Farmed Tilapia
• Organic Large Brown Eggs
• Lean Ground Beef
• Organic Avocados
• Organic Baby Kale
