For the 22nd year, superstar chef Wolfgang Puck is planning the menu for the official after party of the Academy Awards - the Governor's Ball. The 2016 theme is vintage and contemporary Hollywood, and over 350 people helped put the fabulous 50 dishes together for the most coveted party in Tinsel Town. This is usually the first stop for nominees, winners, and Academy members after the actual awards show, and entertainment for the 1,500 guests this year will be from Sergio Mendes, and will.i.am.

Some of the tried and true favorites will make a return appearance - Chicken Pot Pie, Macaroni and Cheese, Short Ribs with Truffle Polenta, and of course, Lobster. Some of the new items will include Mini American Wagyu Cheeseburgers, Crispy Artichokes, Beet Latke Duck Pastrami, and Peanut Butter Strawberry Jelly Lollipops.

There will also be a decadent chocolate fountain, with 5 gallons of homemade hot fudge, a macaron tower, and several champagne showers. And something very cool and new this year - in addition to the traditional dense chocolate and gold Oscar Statuettes, there will be smoked salmon Oscar statues! That would be worth the price of admission just to see!

Check out more of the menu from our friends at People, and start working on your own menu for Hollywood's biggest night, whichn is Sunday, February 28, live on ABC.
